It is surprising how much dirt, soil, dust and other allergy causing contaminants can be removed from a carpet. To us this is a vital first step in the process of getting a deep thorough clean.
Our next step would then involve pre-spraying your carpet using either a food grade phosphate or an eco friendly colloidal solution. There will be no obnoxious "chemical" smells, optical brighteners, perfumes or hydrocarbon solvents.
We will then agitate the solution into your carpet using different methods depending on the type of pile and personal preference. This step is most important as it loosens dirt, grease, oil and any other stains that may be imbedded deep within your carpet.
Now to the extraction process using only very high quality carpet cleaning equipment and eco-friendly solutions. At Fabric & Fibre we have invested heavily in the latest equipment and technology using hot water extraction as this is the most thorough way to achieve the deepest of cleans and make sure that any remaining soils are rinsed away.
Finally your carpet will be groomed and allowed to dry, leaving your carpets looking great, smelling fresh and feeling soft to the touch. We will then check the entire job with you to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. If not, we'll fix it straight away, we want you to be completely satisfied with your carpet clean before we leave.
